2. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments: All prices are in PKR and may change anytime. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfers. Ensure accurate billing and delivery information.

4. Shipping

  • We deliver across Pakistan.
  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.
  • PKR 200 charge for orders below PKR 3,000.
  • Delivery time: 3 - 5 business days.
  • For international orders, contact customer service.
  • Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds: Products can be returned within 7 days if unused, sealed, and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 7 business days (excluding delivery charges). No refunds on used products, discounted items, testers, or purchases with discount codes. 

6. Exchanges: Fragrance preferences are subjective; therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges solely based on a dislike of the scent. 7. Discount Policy: Discounted items and orders using promo codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Intellectual Property: All content on this site is the property of Velmusk. Reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Links: We aren’t responsible for third-party websites linked on our site, including their content or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability: Velmusk. is not liable for indirect losses or courier-related issues unless proven negligent on our part.
