Refund policy

We apologize if our product did not meet your expectations and appreciate your patience. In line with Sunnah principles, we accept returns for unsatisfactory perfumes within 7 days of delivery. Return processing may take 4–5 business days.

Returns are only accepted for 50ml bottles with at least 90% of the product remaining. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for testers or sale items.

Scent Preference:
Fragrance preferences are subjective. Since we cannot guarantee that opened perfumes haven’t been used or tampered with, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based solely on a dislike of the scent.
